Custom Order & Legal Notice

By placing an order with SOA Designs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Custom Products

All products are custom-made and produced specifically for each order using DTF and UVDTF printing methods. Because items are made to order, slight variations in color, placement, sizing, and finish may occur.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made by SOA Designs. Any issues must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Turnaround Time

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, shipping carrier delays, or supply availability.

Color & Print Variations

Actual print colors may vary slightly from digital mockups or screen displays due to monitor settings, printing processes, and material differences.

Care Instructions

Customers are responsible for following proper care instructions to maximize the life of printed apparel and drinkware. SOA Designs is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, heat exposure, dishwasher use, or misuse.
