Shipping Policy — SOA Designs

Thank you for shopping with SOA Designs. Each item is custom-made with care using DTF and UVDTF printing processes. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.


Processing Time

All items are made to order. Current processing times are typically:

  • Apparel Orders: 3–7 business days
  • Tumblers & Custom Drinkware: 3–7 business days
  • Bulk or Large Orders: Processing times may vary depending on quantity and design complexity

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Methods

We ship through major carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority/Expedited Shipping: Varies by carrier

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • High shipping volume periods

SOA Designs is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted:

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages or reshipments

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error after placing your order.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

SOA Designs is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Damaged packages caused during transit

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

If assistance is needed, we will do our best to help file a claim when applicable.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.


Local Pickup 

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Amarillo, Texas area. Customers will be contacted when their order is ready for pickup.

Please do not arrive for pickup until confirmation has been provided.
