SOA Designs provides custom apparel, drinkware, and personalized products using DTF (Direct-to-Film) and UVDTF printing methods. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Custom Orders

All items are custom-made to order. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including:

Spelling
Sizes
Colors
Design placement
Uploaded artwork

Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

4. Production & Shipping

Production times vary depending on order size, customization, and current workload. Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed.

SOA Designs is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Holidays
Supply shortages
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

The item arrives damaged
The wrong item was sent
A production error was made by SOA Designs

Any issue must be reported within 5 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
Color differences caused by screen settings
Minor print placement variations
Customer-provided design errors

6. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following proper care instructions.

Apparel Care

Wash inside out in cold water
Do not use bleach
Tumble dry low or hang dry
Do not iron directly on design

Tumbler Care

Hand wash only
Do not soak
Not microwave safe
Avoid extreme heat exposure

SOA Designs is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

SOA Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected through this website is used solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and business operations. We do not sell customer information to third parties.
